I’m Lauren, a certified Integrated Health Coach with over a decade of experience in transforming lives. I am here to help you lose weight while saying goodbye to cravings, fatigue, and mood swings for good.

I’ve dedicated my entire life to health & fitness, both professionally and personally. I was and continue to be a lifelong athlete, and my new goal is to become the best version of myself while seeing what my body is capable of. I took the pre-med track in college to become a doctor but quickly discovered I wanted to serve people differently — through holistic health coaching with specific nutrition and lifestyle interventions.

This old saying always hit me hard

Give someone a fish, and you feed them for a day, but teach someone to fish and you feed them for a lifetime (in other words, self-sufficiency is priceless)

I spent my early 20’s managing a CrossFit gym, coaching and providing 1-on-1 nutrition programs to gym goers. This led me to manage a Performance Center where my ideas around the best ways to achieve health and fitness began to change. I pushed myself too far while competing at a very high level in Olympic Weightlifting and my life began to fall apart. I became enthralled with understanding the human body on a whole new level. I was fascinated by the power of a holistic approach to health where food can heal, our bodies can live pain-free and our habits can build us up instead of tearing us down.

In my late 20’s, I started getting more involved in integrative and functional medicine in hopes of solving my own health issues. I struggled with fatigue, headaches/migraines, painful periods, depression, acne, weight gain, and all the anxiety that comes from dealing with those symptoms. My integrated health coaching mentorship taught me how to have a scientific and validated individual approach to coaching. Personally and professionally my life was transformed. Through questionnaires and functional testing (which I use with my clients today) we discovered what was causing my terrible symptoms. We found the weak links! One by one we addressed different portions of my body so I could begin to heal. Through targeted supplements, nutrition and lifestyle interventions I began to feel like myself again.

I had put on 30 pounds in the years prior and over the course of a year I lost those 30 pounds and then some while also eliminating my fatigue, headaches, PMS, and gut issues.

This experience ignited my passion to help others OWN THEIR HEALTH and realize that they have the power to self-heal if they have someone to point them in the right direction. Over the years I have been sucked into diet culture and honestly tried it all: starving myself, over-exercising, Paleo, Keto, fasting, “mindful eating”, Macros and eating a measly 1,300 calories a day. Each diet made me feel stressed out, like I failed and the weight never stayed off. This is why I use a personalized nutrition and lifestyle approach that is based on functional lab testing and personal assessments.

My coaching philosophy is built upon these three tenets:

  1. The body is insanely intelligent, and it knows how to heal if we will take the time to listen to what it is telling us

  2. To understand health, we must first have the awareness that our perceptions, practices, and physiology integrate and influence one another. If we neglect one we miss out on our truest potential

  3. Managing lifestyle factors enhances your ability to make effective nutrition choices

My goal is to give you a realistic & holistic approach to change. I want to help you build healthy habits while eliminating your fatigue, cravings, PMS and negative relationship with food and your body.
