Do you want to create healthy habits that last? It starts with your goals. Goal setting is extremely hard to follow through on. We all start out with the best of intentions but our follow-through is where we often fall short. Sometimes that is because we did not plan as well as we could have, but other times it is because we do not have anyone holding us accountable during the process. If we aren't checking in with ourselves on a regular basis (or having someone else play that role) how can we expect to succeed? We are aimlessly doing things that we hope will lead to this dream we have created in our minds.
I have created this guide first and foremost for myself to use so I can get my life in order (practice what you preach right?) and secondly to help give others a system that helps make goal setting seem a little less intimidating. This system makes unsurmountable, far away dreams become a day to day reality.
